All braille displays work the same under iOS in 8-dot mode. Basically, brailling is in computer braille. Therefore, upper case letters have dot 7 included in the symbol. For instance, a is dot 1, whilst upper case A is dots 1 7. All punctuation follows the computer braille punctuation, and numbers are their own dot combinations.
