Hi Angus, If the default says Karen but you are hearing Daniel, you have somehow added Daniel to your rotor and switched to that. I note you struggle with the rotor, but if you can struggle with it just enough to switch away from Daniel, that would be useful. To delete Daniel from the rotor once you've done that, go to Settings/General/Accessibility/Voiceover/Speech. Somewhere on that screen should be a heading entitled "Rotor Languages", and underneath that, a button that says "English UK Daniel". Swipe down on that button to "Delete" and double tap. This may work if Daniel is currently selected in the rotor, or it may not. Matthew
