I don't know about that model, but I'm using a K380 multi-device keyboard. I'd 
guess the two are similar. I currently have it connected to Windows and iOS, 
and it works well on both. I did have to install the Logitech program to 
control whether the function key is needed with the top row of keys on Windows, 
but that was simple enough once I found out I needed it.

I haven't tried the keyboard on macOS yet, but I see no reason it wouldn't work 
well enough. I did read somewhere that macOS can't see it as an official Apple 
keyboard, so you can't control the use of the function key and will always have 
to press it. That is, cmd-f5 becomes cmd-fn-f5, and there's no way to change 
that. Of course, that was just on a forum, and may be outdated now. Still, 
given how often VO users need the function keys, it's worth considering.

Sorry I can't answer specifically about the K375, but I hope my adventures with 
the K380 are of some help.
