Hi, Mission Control is totally accessible. If you are the kind of user that has many windows open in many applications all at once, then Mission Control could be quite useful. Once in Mission Control, all apps and open windows within those apps is listed in a logical fashion. So, you could go into Mission Control, quickly find the window within the given app you wish to access fairly easily. Probably quicker and easier than cycling with cmd-tab then cmd-accent. I'd say that it mostly has to do with your style of usage.
