My iMac is running OS 10.14 (Mojave). I have calling my Bank at 18662223456. I then use a comma to do a two second pause. I can not get my 16 digit Pin (46250990083996610) to work. So, I type 18662223456,46250990083996610. How do I get my 16 digit pin to work and get a text window to enter more numbers? I am using FaceTime in Mojave. Thank you.
