Hi, It's mostly just a preference. The Classic view is preferred by some as they find it easier to move through messages by specific columns. , like you am used to the Modern view and have stuck with it since it came out a number of years back. There are likely some other advantages/disadvantages for each, but I believe you should just stay with whatever you feel suits your needs.
