Hi, I haven't used it a lot, as I use Google Drive FileStream instead. It is only the initial setup that uses the app interface for the most part, as once it is set up, you just use it like any other Finder window. Most Google products are very accessible. Sometimes a little challenging compared to built-in Apple accessibility, but still very accessible.
Why do I use Google Drive FileStream instead of Backup & Sync you ask? Because it is available for G Suite for Education and Business customers and I find it very useful.
