Hi,

Not that most documents should make that big of a difference, but take a look 
at the iCloud usage on your other devices signed into the same Apple ID.  
Things like iPhones, iPads, various Macs etc.  When you look at the usage on 
one device, it doesn't always report all the app data usage of other devices.  
For example, if you had Pages syncing to iCloud on your Mac in the past, but 
not on your iPad, when you go to iCloud Storage on your iPad, Pages will not be 
listed.  The Mac or iCloud.com <http://icloud.com/> has the most accurate 
information.
