Is it possible this program was renamed? So far the only program by the company you mentioned I’m finding is called Fission. It appears to be an audio editor/converter. This is an application that lives in the extras menu. At the moment, there is a VoiceOver bug that keeps the VoiceOver option+control+space command from opening the SoundSource window. So, you have to click the trackpad to open the program from the extras menu. I have reported this and it will be fixed in an update.
