Hi, For Google accounts, make sure that you've checked the Contacts options in Internet Accounts for the Google account. Now, it doesn't always specifically create cards for these individuals, but they are a part of the Contacts directory. The reason I say this, is that it depends on whether you're in a Google domain of sorts, such as G Suite for Business or G Suite for Education, or a regular G Mail account. Now, if the Google contact entries don't show up as vCards, then you can still search for them and they will show up, or you can search for them, then export them and re-import them as contact vCards. Probably a little cumbersome in that respect, but if all you wish to use them for is easy entry into the Mail app, then they will be remembered, or given as options when adding recipients in an eMail message. I hope this makes sense.
