Hi,

As mentioned, the WiFi network will already be connected if you were connected 
to it prior to restarting your Mac.  Other than that, you may need to move the 
mouse physically up to the right side of the MenuBar and click a bit to see if 
you can find the WiFi menu.  It should really already be connected though.
