To anybody who has a solution; after my Mac has been on for 10 hours or so I
find that my e-mail connections have been blocked. I’m not even able to move
e-mail messages to several of the iCloud auxiliary folders I’ve created for
same purpose - i.e., I like to store online order messages in a folder I’ve
named “E-Commerce.”

This began shortly after installing Avast software. I opened both the Avast
Security and the Avast VPN Security apps and was not able to find any sort of
“Time Out” reference. Can anybody offer a suggestion as how to eliminate this
undesired e-mail shutdown?

I’ve been restarting the Mac to eliminate this very annoying issue.
