To switch among connected devices, use SPACE + dots 4,5 and 7.  When you go to 
connect a new device, Actilino I believe automatically opens a new channel for 
you.

I’m not sure what you mean by top and bottom of page, but Space plus dots 1,2,3 
takes you to the first item on the screen, and space + dots 4, 5 6 takes you to

Which has the complete list of Voiceover Braille commands.  I saw someplace 
where they talk about commands for specific displays, but can’t remember where 
that is now, sorry.I took a peak while getting the URL, and I did not see a top 
or bottom of page command, though.
