Hi, Sounds like the setting in VoiceOver Prefs under Sound. When it's set to Built-In Audio, VO normally yes out of the internal speakers, and other System sounds like music and announcements will come out of the connected Bluetooth speaker. You can make all sound including VO come out of the same output device by changing that to System Audio. Hopefully, I haven't mixed these settings around.
