Hello,
The key combination by default is quite a reach. 
shift-control-option-command-rightBrace will set a webspot or window spot. The 
same keystroke but with left brace removes the hot spot at the current 
location. 
Note: you can always use commands help to find things out control-option-HH if 
you type spot after doing this it will list all the commands associated with 
spots.
To set a sweet spot, you just double up on the brace when setting the web  spot.
