Hi all, I use the native mail app on both my iPhone and Mac. I keep receiving mail from one particular person on another list that I’m on to my Junk folder. I’ve moved her emails too the inbox on my iPhone but that isn’t working and her emails are still going to my junk folder. Simon advised me to change it on the Mac so I had a look this morning but not sure what I’m doing. I found her email in the junk folder on the Mac and opened the mail Preferences on her email. I found the option to move it to the inbox and am guessing that is the one I need? But is there anything in the Preferences menu to mark it as safe mail or not junk?
