Hi,

I have tried both Zotero and Mendali and agree with Simon neither are 
particularly VO friendly - as I said in another message I am getting to grips 
with endnote and finding it fairly user friendly so far - you get a plugin for 
pages which works well I think - have not tried it with word for the Mac yet 
but will give it a go and report back
