Most navigation commmands involving vo access are among those to be chosen when constructing a commander of any kind.
The numpad commandders are different only because they use the option+keys on the numpad; which the computer sees differently then the same key combinations on the main keyboard. If a commander evokes n apple script, it can perform complex functions of all kinds to duplicate keyboard inputs or sequences of them.
