You possibly touch the screen with three fingers when you were trying to get 
the phone out of your pocket, if it happens again just do a doubled tap with 
three fingers to turn the speech back on. If you do a 4 finger double tap on 
the screen it’ll start voice over help and you. Can practise all of the 
gestures, and then repeat the 4 finger double tap to turn off voice over help. 
And you can go into your settings to change how fast you can click the side 
button to turn voice over on and off. You need to do it fairly quickly but you 
can change this in settings.
