OK. So single key navigation is  part of Quick Nav. It can be adjusted 
independently.Quick Nav works specifically with the arrow keys and, with that 
Sid, rotor settings will effect the way the arrow keys work overall.

    Single key navigation is where you can use, for example, the letter h, to 
navigate by headings, or, l, to navigate by links, on a webpage. What happens, 
though, is with single key navigation on, if you try to type in an edit field, 
it treats your key presses like single key commands. Thus, if you toggle it 
off, you will still have Quick Nav active, but the single key navigation will 
not work in those instances.
