Hey,
funny you should reference that number.
When I called it this afternoon I was told that the only purpose for
Amazon accessibility is to put items in carts. Not to facilitate one's
ability to well utilize their services in general.
When I asked the person why the rest of the process is not facilitated,
they had no idea smiles.
at least I know the number is correct.
Thanks,
Kare

Hi all,
Has been a while, but I recall a discussion here regarding a human, who
actually knows something about the various paths to access, working at
amazon.
A blog from this person I believe?
Or, does anyone have an actual human contact at Amazon who understands access?
Thanks,
Karen
