I just installed Amadeus, but have only heard the shows on blind cool tech regarding it.

If I had to give a percentage, I would say it's about 80% accessible. Voiceover does not have access to the timeline so editing is almost non existant but, I have figured some work arounds to do some basic things. I guess it all depends on what your looking to get out of Garageband.
