That will not do it. In order to use a third party email client set
up with an iCloud email address, you need to go to Apple ID site and
under security, generate an app specific password. Then use that
password when running Outlook. This is part of Apple's 2 Factor
Authentication.

Hi,
If using Windows 10, you can get it from the Microsoft Store.
Otherwise, Google "iCloud for Windows" and you should be able to
find it.
