Have you confirmed that this terminal command actually works, and the start 
“chime” sound is restored?

I have read articles from Apple Insider and other sources with commands for 
restoring the chime, and none of them work.  Then, i read an article that 
stated that these commands worked on older pre-TouchBar Macs, but not on the 
newer TouchBar Macs introduced in 2016 and forward.
