If the rule has been created, you can apply it to items already in your Inbox as follows: 1. Highlight the mail item or items. 2. Use VO + SHIFT + M to open the Shortcut menu. 3. Press the up arrow once to Apply Rule, and press enter, and the rule should be applied.
