Hi, All Google mail goes to the All Mail label no matter what. That is the nature of the Google eMail service structure. I suspect that you are simply focused on the All Mail label/mailbox instead of the main InBox for your Google account. Do you have multiple accounts in the Mail app? If not, then press cmd-1 to bring focus to the InBox. If you do have multiple accounts, make sure that the Mailbox list is visible by pressing cmd-shift-m. This command is a toggle, so it will show/hide the Mailbox list. Once the Mailbox list is visible, navigate to it, interact with it, and navigate to the InBox for your Google account. All your Google account InBox messages should still reside there.
