Hello Maurice, Have you tried working with tables in a Word document on the mac side? It used to be impossible so I was wondering whether you had any experience of tables in Word on the mac. Another word processing app on the Mac, Nisus Writer, was very promising but for the tables again. It seems to be one of those features whose implementation with accessibility in mind has always been a problem.
