Hi, Most tables in Pages are actually miniature Numbers spreadsheets. So, whatever commands you use in Numbers, should work within the table set into Pages. Now, if when you press the tab key, it just adds a tab to the Pages layer, then it sounds like focus is not properly within the table itself. Tabbing around within the table should work as you’re explaining. Normally, you just type what you want in the cell that has focus, press return and it is there. I’m not sure what is exactly happening for you other than a possible focus issue.
