I usually have my iPhone 8 set to touch typing. I like to just be able to lift up my finger after I've hit the right letter or number. lately it has reverted back to standard typing a few times and I can fix it in the rotor. last night typing wouldn't even show up in the rotor so I went into settings intending to find it in accessibility. I should mention here that I'm still running the last iteration of IOS 12. anyway, I can't get into "general". I can double tap on it and it makes the right sounds but it won't let me in. is there some way to deal with this that I don't know about or should I call Apple?
