I am happy someone provided the actual section. still, perhaps consider
either getting a free matter stamp, or some of the mailing labels, so
things are a touch more professional.
to be sure, your post office seems a bit lost on the details, but if it is
not something they come across often, it may be more helpful to meet them
half way so to speak.
Perhaps provide them with the section if you can?
