OK, sorry late night and I need to go to sleep soon so I am being brief… 1. Open VO Utility and switch to the commanders panel. 2. Click the numpad tab in there.
In some cases, I think there might be a customize button that needs to be pressed in other cases the customization table is just on that page directly. Interact with the table and go to the third row which should say 3 no action or something close to that. Move over to the No action button and click on that to bring up a menu. Type Nav to get to the Navigation sub-menu and then go down that menu until you find goto linked item If you are a fast typist you should be able to type "goto l” and it should get selected for you and then just hit return and close voice over utility. You might want to save your VO preferences in the file menu of voiceover utility before chanign a lot of things there, then you have a way back to how things were. Good Night!!
