Hello everybody, I hope somebody else has seen this problem that I experience
intermittently. I’ve had this problem often on maybe once a week for the better
part of the year.

I have the second generation AirPods. Occasionally when I’m not using the
AirPods and they are in the case charging I lose all audio on my iPhone. I have
voiceover on you can tell it’s working just like the speech is muted. No sound
at all from the iPhone.

What happens is somehow the audio is routed to the AirPods that are sitting
snuggly in their case.

Has anyone out there experienced this? If so have you brought it to Apple‘s
attention?

Thank you
