I just had the strangest experience ever! on the site for my apartment complex I went up to submit a service request. it said "press option 1 to enter screen reader mode." so I did that whereupon vo began to speak French or at least that's what it sounds like. I could understand if it was Spanish. this is Texas after all all the links were in that language. it read other things in the Alex voice. any idea what would make that happen? I didn't see any language choices although I suppose there could have been some.
