Good morning everyone, here's my situation unfortunately for some reason whenever my MacBook Pro is on battery the machine apparently appears to not go to's and stays powered on thus draining the battery rapidly. My machine when I first got it, up until about a week ago was able to sleep all night and only lose about maybe 2 to 3% of the total battery capacity. But for some reason this last week or so whenever I shut the lid on my machine and called it a night, the machine remains quite warm in the battery drains at a high rate. I called Apple twice about this and been transferred to the disability support area. How can I demand that they leave me with the normal support since the issue has nothing to do with voiceover? Any ideas? And what do people think could be causing the problem?

Please note that the above statements, and or issued be discussed is me discussing this personally. My comments above nothing to do with the national Federation of the blind, or the national Federation of the blind deaf blind division. Note number two please be aware that the text of this email has been dictated to the computer by means of dictation software, in Windows because the dictation software does not exist on the Mac. The company withdrew their Mac product two years ago. If there's something written about that you truly do not understand, please reach out to me and asked me what my original intent was? I look forward to helping clear up any misunderstandings that may arise from the above text.
