I already encountered that. I simply took a screen capture and sent them a picture of it via twitter. After about a dozen or so of these things, I finally got someone to respond. Once they understood the problem their settings were causing, they started work on it.
Also, Cloudflare often pops up with something called HPCaptcha. I usually just go to their login site, set the accessibility cookie and move on.
