Have you considered using Microsoft Edge? I find it a lot more responsive than 
Safari.

This is actually the company I work with that I’ve been posting about off and 
on, and I relayed back to my supervisor that one of you mentioned disabling 
javascript.  However, he made me aware that unfortunately, disabling javascript 
will make some of the web sites we’re currently working with enaccessible, so 
at the moment, the only workaround I’ve been able to find with this for now, is 
to open it in Chrome, which seems to load it with no serious issues, aside from 
a few things I’ve clicked on that for some reason cause Voiceover to reboot.
