Hi Sarah,

What version of Mac OS X are you running?

To find outt:

1. Go to the Apple menu and when you're in the menu go to "About this Mac"
You'll be able to find out what version of Mac OS X you are running.

Mac OS X 10.6.2 seems to be quite buggy. Hopefully, 10.6.3 which should be
coming out soon will fix these issues.
