I’m looking for an app either iPhone or OS X that will let me mark positions on an audio file (X begin, why end) and loop that section. Any suggestions? I’m not interested in anything with a high learning curve or a big price tag. Simpler the better. my purpose is to record a chord progression on guitar once through and then be able to loop it rather than having to lay down eight or 10 run-throughs of the progression to be used as a practice rhythm backing track.
