Once you are on the page activated from the Group settings button, there are
two headings that I found.
Heading 2 brings you to a navigation area where you an pick what you want to do.
However, the Heading1 seems to not be navigatable except from the headings
rotor.
Try the following:
1. Turnon QuickNav and Single Key QuickNav.
2. Press H.
3. Press VO-u (This should say headings)
4. Press down once and find Heading 2 (here you can pick options like approving
posts and people.
5, Press VO-u again and this time go down twice to Heading1.
Now you should be able to review what needs to be reviewed.
Although it might not make a difference, I was doing this with DOM navigation
and cursor tracking turned off.
