Hi Donna,

I am so sorry that you have been having so many problems with getting this 
machine running and and that you have to send it back for return.  I am very 
convinced that whatever was trancefered over from your Time Machine backup is 
the proble.  I hope that you are able to get some sort of conciliation out of 
this.  Maybe explaining the situation to them that they will be able to help.
