after my new network was set up today I tried toput my phone on it and I kept getting: "incorrect password." after double checking that I had the password written down right I tried again and got the same. I turned off vo and fixed the screen so the tech could see it and he got it on there. now I'm trying to get my iPad mini on there and it's doing the same thing my phone did. suggestionsplz.
