Hi Zoe, I’m not Tim, but what you need to do, is put focus on the enclosing/parent folder into which you would like to put the folder you are moving. The folders will be arranged in alphabetical order in the enclosing/parent folder into which they are moved. I do not believe you can arrange subfolders in a folder in non-alphabetical order.
I did not mention this method of moving folders in my original instructions, because I did not know where you had created the folder you wanted to move, or where you wanted to move the errantly created folder. Also, in my experience, some people have difficulty using the method Tim described when attempting to drag and drop items.
