After being on hold for over an hour the phone suddenly went silent and I haven’t been able to get it to make sounds or get vo to work! I was using lightning connected headphones on the phone call so I could easily punch in numbers when necesssary. Any fixes for this? The phone is now connect to my mac and is 54 % charged and is charging, but still is totally silent.
