For moving windows the only reason I have thought makes sense, is if you are able to get the drag and drop to work between windows. 1. Move 1 window to the top half of the screen. 2. Move the other window to the bottom half of the screen. 3. Press the start drag operation. 4. move to other window and execute the end drag operation.
I never did test this out though, since I can almost always find alternatives to drag and drop. VoiceOver also has commands for resizing and moving objects within Windows I expect that this could be helpful with slide presentation creation tools, but never use these tools.
