What I face exactly is that it is toggled off when you shutdown your Mac. Note the following sequence: 1. Turn on VoiceOver in Accessibility options in login menu 2. Restart your Mac 3. You will notice that Voiceover is turned on 4. Reopen Accessibility options in login settings and you may notice that Voiceover is not checked. 5. Restart your Mac again, and you won’t hear Voiceover since it is turned off.
That occurs with me since Mac OS 12.1 (I didn’t install Mac OS 12.0) Hope it helps, Regards, Mohamed E.
