Hi Cait, Go to Voiceover Settings, and under Audio, make sure that Auto Select Speaker in Call is set to On. Once that’s on, you should be able to move the phone away from your head and hear it through the speaker. If that doesn’t help, you might try turning your phone completely off, by that I mean pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds and double tapping power off, then turn the phone back on after waiting about 10 or 20 seconds.
