Hi, VO-w once should say the word again. VO-w the second time is supposed to spell it out letter by letter. VO-w the third time is supposed to spell it out phonetically. VO-w the fourth time should start things over again.
I’m not sure why yours appears to be spelling out phonetically after only two.
