Voice control is fairly powerful, but it does expect that you know what is on 
screen to press. With shortcuts in the MacOS, you can extend what Siri can do. 
I keep hearing that  shortcuts on the Mac has improved significantly this year, 
but the only thing I have done was to create a shortcut that does the follow:
If brightness is less than 50 then turn off voiceover and set the brightness to 
80
otherwise turn on voiceover and set the brightness to 0
 
Very convenient for saving battery but being able to quickly get sighted help 
when necessary.
I called this "sighted mode "and have verified it works with Siri.
