Anders,
This is a legitimate complaint. I surmise that many users simply get used to the overloaded verbiage. It would take very loud voice directed at Apple to work on changing this behavior. I've sent feedback in the past and never saw any changes. The issue exists on macOS, iOS, and tvOS.

Hi!
I am a bit intrested in this regarding braillee and Ios.
I am tired of the way things are presented sometimes.
Why can’t apple stop printing out things on the braille display that’s not
needed or shorten things down.
THey’re printing out all the things that the speech say.
This is not the case in any Windows screenReader or not even in orca.
Its more of a drag to use braille on the Mac than on the linux or or windows.
I am not saying I dislike or like any operating system and I don’t want to
start a battle between operating systems.
I am just saying that I am very tired when it comes to braille in both Mac and
iOS.
It works of corse and it can be used but its more of a struggle than on lets
say windows or linux.
My problem is that I can’t really explain what I really want in English.
SO 9i am not sure on how to bring feedback on this.
