I would use translate.google.com <http://translate.google.com/>. Once you are on the page, look for source language and target language choices and choose Spanish for source and English. Then Look for the edit field where you can paste or type in the text. In this case, you want to have copied the text of your email in Spanish first to your clipboard so that you can paste it into the source text edit field. Then without pressing anything, search for heading translation results. Then vo+arrow right to translation results. translate.google.com <http://translate.google.com/> is very useful although it is not the easiest to navigate.
